The Capital One Bowl is a yearly contest that pits mascots against each other. It’s actually gotten quite a bit of traction and the winning mascot enjoys fame and recognition as the best mascot in the country.
Cocky won the contest in 2003 and last year the University of Nevada owned everyone. Nevada? Seriously?
